Franziskus (TSSF), PACTPANs Koordinatorin f\u00fcr Kamerun, bereitete zusammen mit einem Team von Priestern und Ordensschwestern diese Kampagne vor. The anti-trafficking campaign was launched at TSSF schools, hospitals, and outreach centers in cities throughout Cameroon, including Shisong, Nkar, and Djottin.<\/p>\n<p>Die Teilnahme von 800 Menschen in Kumbo war sehr erfreulich. Informationsgespr\u00e4che und gemeinsames Gebet sorgten f\u00fcr Abwechslung und weckten gro\u00dfes Interesse. In Kumbo und anderen Orten, wo dieselbe Veranstaltung stattfand, gab es auch friedliche M\u00e4rsche. Die Teilnehmer trugen Schilder, die den Menschenhandel verurteilten und die Achtung der Menschenw\u00fcrde forderten.\nAm 8. Februar versammelten sich die Teilnehmer im Cardiac Centre des St. Elizabeth Catholic General Hospital in Shisong, Kumbo. \u00dcber Zoom schlossen sie sich weiteren Teilnehmern vom gesamten afrikanischen Kontinent an, um gemeinsam zuzuh\u00f6ren und dar\u00fcber nachzudenken, wie der Menschenhandel beendet werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vizepr\u00e4sidentin von Uganda, Jessica Rose Epel Alupo, hielt die Er\u00f6ffnungsrede.
