Del 5 al 8 de marzo de 2025, trabajadores sociales y l\u00edderes comprometidos con la justicia, la paz y el cuidado del medio ambiente se reunieron en Kombo, Camer\u00fan, procedentes de toda la Provincia de Santa Clara. Forman parte de un grupo conocido como promotores de JPIC - personas que inspiran y gu\u00edan a las comunidades de fe en sus esfuerzos por promover la justicia, la paz y el cuidado del medio ambiente.<\/p>\n

A lo largo de varios d\u00edas, los participantes reflexionaron sobre c\u00f3mo pueden marcar la diferencia en sus comunidades y profundizar en su misi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Justicia y acci\u00f3n social<\/h3>\n

El Hermano Cyril Kerla, OFMCap, y la Hermana Clementine Ngong, TSSF, hablaron de la importancia de acompa\u00f1ar a las personas marginadas. Recordaron que la fe no es personal, sino que nos llama a actuar para defender la dignidad humana. Animaron a emprender acciones concretas -especialmente en este A\u00f1o Jubilar de la Esperanza- para apoyar a los m\u00e1s necesitados y hacer frente a las injusticias en la vida cotidiana.<\/p>\n

Construir la paz en comunidades divididas<\/h3>\n

El Hermano Cyril invit\u00f3 a los participantes a ser constructores activos de la paz, promoviendo el di\u00e1logo, la reconciliaci\u00f3n y la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos en sus comunidades.<\/p>\n

Cuidado de la creaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n

La Hermana Celine Epie, TSSF, y el Hermano Cyril tambi\u00e9n abordaron la importancia del cuidado del medio ambiente. Recordaron que el cuidado de la tierra es inseparable del cuidado de las personas. Compartieron ideas pr\u00e1cticas para vivir de forma sostenible y subrayaron c\u00f3mo la justicia, la paz y el cuidado de la creaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n estrechamente vinculados.<\/p>\n

Before the gathering concluded, Fr Gaston Muh Njiche, CMF, urged each participant to identify needs in her own local community and take concrete action. Whether through outreach projects or small, everyday efforts, the goal is to improve lives \u2014 especially for the most vulnerable. The meeting ended with the sisters creating an action plan, committing themselves to putting these values\u00a0into practice in the months ahead. They left Kombo inspired, renewed, and ready to serve as agents of transformation in their communities.<\/p>\n
