On June 10, 2024, the Tertiary Sisters of St. Francis’s Provinice of Cameroon was split into three newly established provinces:

• The Province of St. Francis, headquartered in Kumbo
• The Province of St. Clare, headquartered in Buea
• The Province of Maria Hueber, headquartered in Bamenda
