Franciscan Global Sisterhood

One of the great gifts of our Franciscan spirituality is the bonds that it brings with other Franciscan religious communities. Especially meaningful to us is our relationship with our fellow Franciscan sisters.

In 2022, we launched the Companionship in Franciscan Solidarity (CFS) initiative, in partnership with the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration and with the Franciscan Sisters of Assisi, both in Wisconsin, USA.

Here we share stories from across the Franciscan world with the goal of celebrating our global sisterhood and journeying together in solidarity.
